Priced per submission, not per seat
Cost tracks the work the system does, so it scales with your volume rather than your headcount. Reviewers are free, because the human approval step should never be something you are financially discouraged from staffing.
How the model works
Four things determine what you pay. None of them is how many people you employ.
You pay per submission processed
The unit is one submission run through the pipeline — ingested, classified, extracted, and made ready for review. Not per user, not per document, not per page. If a submission arrives with fourteen attachments, it is still one submission.
Reviewers are free
Everyone who needs to look at the review queue can have an account. Charging per seat would push you to under-staff review, which is precisely the wrong incentive on a system whose safety property is that a human approves before anything posts.
Volume moves the rate
Rate per submission comes down as monthly volume goes up. Programs with heavier document sets — commercial trucking with large schedules and multi-carrier loss runs — sit differently from simple monoline risks, so the mix matters as much as the count.
Integration work is scoped separately
Connecting a system of record that we have not built against before is a one-off scoped piece of work, quoted against your environment. We would rather quote it honestly than bury it in a rate and discover the gap mid-implementation.
What is in the rate
What is included
Email ingestion, document classification, extraction with field-level confidence, VIN decoding, loss-run itemisation, the human review queue, the audit trail, unlimited reviewer accounts, and your supported policy administration integration.
What is not
Building an integration against a system of record we have not connected before, and any bespoke field-schema work well beyond a standard mapping. Both are scoped and quoted up front, never discovered later.
We do not publish a list price. A monoline submission with three attachments and a trucking submission with a 400-unit schedule and four years of multi-carrier loss runs are not the same unit of work, and pretending otherwise would produce a number that is wrong for everyone. Send a representative sample and we will quote against it.
Pricing, answered
How much does RM Assistant cost?
Pricing is per submission processed, and the rate depends on monthly volume and document mix. We do not publish a single list price because a monoline submission with three attachments and a commercial trucking submission with a 400-unit schedule and four years of multi-carrier loss runs are genuinely different units of work. Send us a representative sample of your submissions and we will give you a concrete number.
Is it priced per user or per seat?
No. Reviewer accounts are unlimited and free. Cost tracks the volume of work the system does, not how many people are allowed to look at it — charging per seat would create pressure to under-staff the human review step, which is the wrong incentive entirely.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is a monthly minimum tied to the volume band you choose, which is what makes the per-submission rate work. We size that band from your actual historical volume rather than an optimistic forecast.
What happens in a volume spike?
Spikes are processed. That is much of the point: capacity is not bound to headcount, so a strong month from your broker panel is a billing line rather than a hiring problem or a backlog.
Do we pay for submissions that fail to extract?
No. A submission that the pipeline cannot process is not a processed submission. Documents that need a human because confidence is low are still processed submissions — that is the system working as designed, with the flag being the product rather than a failure.
Can we run a paid pilot before committing?
Yes, and we prefer it. A pilot on your own historical submissions gives you an accuracy number on your own book and a real per-submission time measurement, which is a far better basis for a decision than a demo.
